To qualify for citizenship, applicants must fulfill one of the investment options below in addition to the following criteria:
USD 350,000 for a family over four, plus USD 50,000 and USD 25,000 per additional dependant after the third dependant. Or USD 220,000 (for each share in the unit)in approved project for a family more than four members plus USD 50,000 + USD 25,000 for each additional dependent. *In addition there will be due diligence and processing fees to be paid.
Minimum: $150,000 (Single applicant) $200,000 (For a family of four) and $25,000 for additional dependants after third dependants.
To qualify for citizenship, applicants must fulfill one of the investment options below in addition to the following criteria:
Through a one-off donation to the National Transformation Fund (NFT) an applicant may obtain Citizenship with no qualifying wait period. This one time payment is sent directly to an escrow account, which is managed by the Citizenship by Investment Unit of the Government.
*In addition to the Donation there are also due diligence and processing fees to be paid.
Applicants may purchase a qualifying property minimum value of $350.000 plus government contribution for aplicant and each dependents, Real estate must be held for either three years from the date your citizenship is granted or, if the future purchaser is also a citizenship by investment applicant, five years from the date your citizenship is granted.
