Grenada is the only Caribbean country with an E2 treaty with the U.S., allowing citizens to apply for the E2 Investor Visa. This offers direct access to the U.S., dual citizenship, and favorable tax opportunities for wealth planning.
Grenada does not tax citizens on worldwide income and has limited personal taxes, including on residency, inheritance, capital gains, or gifts, enabling more efficient wealth planning.
The Grenada Citizenship by Investment program provides applicants and their children access to top global schools, qualifying them for domestic rather than international tuition fees.
Must be at least eighteen years of age. Must have made an investment in the prescribed amount. Must meet other application requirements.
To qualify for citizenship, applicants must fulfill one of the investment options below in addition to the following criteria:
Investment from $230,000 for a family of four or more. Additional USD 25,000/50,000 per additional dependant after the third dependant, additional sibling USD 75,000
USD 350,000 for a family over four, plus USD 50,000 and USD 25,000 per additional dependant after the third dependant. Or USD 220,000 (for each share in the unit)in approved project for a family more than four members plus USD 50,000 + USD 25,000 for each additional dependent.
To qualify for citizenship, applicants must fulfill one of the investment options below in addition to the following criteria:
Through a one-off donation to the National Transformation Fund (NTF) an applicant may obtain Citizenship with no qualifying wait period. This one time payment is sent directly to an escrow account, which is managed by the Citizenship by Investment Unit of the Government.

With its economy shifting from agricultural-dominant to service-dominant, one of the most viable options for foreign nationals is an investment in a pre-approved real estate project. Property which must be maintained for a minimum of four years.
